By creating an account on Notebook Database ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information including your first name, last name, and a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
If you mark a notebook as public, its pages and indexed content become visible to anyone, including search engines. You are solely responsible for the content you make public.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the Platform. By making content public, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and index that content.
Private notebooks are only accessible to you. Public notebooks are visible to all users and search engines. Your email address is never shared publicly. Your display name and bio are shown on public notebooks only if you choose to make notebooks public.
You may export your notebooks as PDF at any time. We do not guarantee perpetual storage of your data and recommend regular exports for backup purposes.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
